The process starts with a conversation. You share the details of your event, the venue, expected attendance, connectivity requirements, and timeline. We ask the right questions and build a clear picture of what the event needs before anything else is committed to.
We design a network tailored to your specific venue and event requirements. This includes planning for total device count across guests, staff, press, POS systems, livestream teams, and vendors; identifying coverage priorities for key zones such as registration areas, green rooms, and production tents; and accounting for expected bandwidth load. For venues where a site visit is possible in advance, we always recommend one.
We select the right equipment and arrange the right internet connection for your event. Where available, dedicated fiber is coordinated through the venue or directly with local ISPs. For remote or infrastructure-limited locations, Starlink or 5G provides the primary or backup connection. Multi-uplink redundancy is built into every plan, so if one connection encounters an issue, the event keeps running.
Our team arrives at the venue ahead of the event to install, configure, and test the network. Separate segments are set up for guests, staff, production, and vendors.
